Localizado próximo ao meu local de interesse. Quarto limpo, silencioso, chuveiro bom, café da manha com bastante variedade.

Gostei das instalações, hotel com estrutura muito boa. E sua localização na região central realmente é um diferencial.
Falta olhar de dono, desde as áreas comuns até disposição dos quartos. Wi-fi não operante nos andares superiores. Academia faz tempo que não é olhada, e realmente dá pra ver que faz tempo que não concerta os aparelhos. Telefone só opera as vezes. Nós 4 dias funcionou 1 vez. Corredores extremamente escuros. Quarto deveria ter uma iluminação de teto, para clarear quarto melhor. Não tinha frigobar. Não tinha ferro disponível na recepção. Onde já se viu ter que pagar 15,00 reais, para passar uma blusinha. Haha querem tirar dinheiro mesmo. Não visa conforto e comodidade. Já me hospedei em vários pela região é foi o primeiro nesse conceito até então. Café da manhã ou diminui o tempo exposição, ou não deveria mais repor quando desse 10:00 hrs, os hóspedes deveriam ter noção de tempo. Porque os colaboradores estão lá se sacrificando com a correria de sempre. Uma sugestão é aviso sobre o tema. As reposições foram rápidas e bem atendidas. A variedade poderia diversificar, quem fica mais de dois dias já sabe o que terá no café. Variar frutas, carboidratos, pães e o suco que é concentrado. Ficamos em um apartamento que era pra pessoas dificuldades de locomoção. Falamos na recepção e alterar o quarto nos custaria uma diária maior. Como assim? Não tem opção sem custo. Deixar hospede mal acomodado? E se chegasse vários deficientes, eles iria nos trocar ou continuariamos ocupando espaço que seria do outro? Enfim, foram estes os pontos.

Bom
A localização do hotel é um ponto forte, porém não é tão próximo de metrô ou VLT. O café da manhã é bem servido, com variedades de comidas frias, pães e etc.
Os custos do hotel não valeu tanto assim o custo-benefício. Mas de todo modo, foi apenas uma noite. A roupa de cama, especialmente, a fronha do travesseiro não parecia limpa. Não tinha pano de chão no banheiro. A cama era meio desconfortável.

Bom hotel, bom espaço e boa recepção
Precisei pedir mais toalhas e não fui atendido, gente se soubesse q hotel não tinha toalha teria levado, o rapaz da recepção não quis me fornecer toalha. Absurdo.
